Default Free crafts class today

I know this is not a quilting class but useful to me. Craftsy has a free video class by chefs.com about how to use kitchen knives correctly. How to sharpen, select and cut correctly. Something I always struggle with. I think it is only offered today

Thanks for mentioning this class. My sister has told me that I don't cut right. well I've been cooking for over 40 years ha ha. And I have the dullest knives ever!! I tried sharpening once and made them worse. So if i learn the proper use and how to sharpen maybe I won't hate cooking so much. ha ha. I checked it out and it is still available. It looks like you can get it and watch it later which is what I'm going to do since I don't have time today. Thanks again.

Thank you so much. I always struggle with using knives. I have a great set made by Kitchen Aid and I would like to keep them in great shape.
