"Beginning to recieve"? I live in WI & this year we've had an election every other week (it sems like) so it's been all robo-calls all the time around here for months. I've just quit even rushing to see who's calling.

When someone calls me asking for $ donations I tell them 'I'm not working right now' (the truth, no need to confess I'm retired) then I say 'who's goning to me me some money to give to you'? They hang up right away!

I don't care if they are working or not. I didn't ask them to call me.

Thank goodness for call ID!-but if my husband gets one and it's for me, he says "Oh,she's dead". Gets them every time.

My Dad used to do that to telemarkers too, only my mom really had died. They would ask for her and Dad would tell them she doesn't live here anymore. TM: Can you give me her new address?? DAD: No, cause I'm not real sure where she is. TM: Do you have anyway to contact her? Dad: No, but I sure wish I could, if you will leave me your phone number I will contact you as soon as I hear from her, she died about 6 months ago. CLICK on the other end, he looked at me laughing and said works every time. Just cracked me up!!
