My son came home from high school years ago upset with me because he was sitting in class and noticed a dryer sheet hanging out of his jeans.
We gave a couch to friends of my daughter and she was vaccuuming and noticed a sliver of pink sticking out. It was a pair of little girl's panties size 12. If I didn't have 2 daughters, I would've been worried!

I looked everywhere for my silk long sleeved undershirt one morning.....It was stuck inside my sweater sleeve. I didn't find it till I was undressing that evening! Someone must have noticed the lump it caused on the back of my arm, but no one said anything!

That sounds like something that would happen to me!

Many years ago, my brother borrowed a big hair clip from me to pin his hair from his face when he went to wash. Later, on the bus to work, he happened to pass his hand over his hair and, horror of horrors, he discovered he had forgotten to remove the bright-coloured pin from his head!! Hahaha!!

A few years ago, after using the ladies' room at a restaurant, I accidentally tucked my bias cut skirt into the back of my panty hose. I paraded all around the restaurant looking for my friend, when a lady tapped me on the shoulder and said my skirt was up in back. Holy moly! Was I ever embarrassed. My friend has never let me forget it either. Funny stuff we can laugh about now.

The West Wing had an episode about this topic - accidentally dropping a pair of panties at a very inopportune time and place. It must be a common occurrence!

Oh my - I've had that happen with jeans. Usually I notice before I get out of the house! Glad to see I'm not alone!
