I do too; have always had big dogs. Heidi weighs about 130 and Gus is just under 100 lbs.

I love them all! Big, small, medium...LOL! Actually, I always had big dogs and really didn't care for little "yappy" dogs but then my DD got the little furbaby in my avatar (and we know who's dog she became) and now I love the little ones too :D What I have learned is that little dogs are sometimes not well behaved because they are not trained as well. My dad spent alot of time with our little furbaby before he died and he insisted that we train her not to bite, to lay on her back, etc. He always had Rott's so teaching them "who's the boss" was very important and he did the same thing with our little 4 pound bundle. He made a good point saying that we let tiny dogs chew on our fingers, jump up on us, etc. because they are so little...then it becomes a problem. So thanks to him, our little furball is very well behaved :D
Oh...and VERY loved!! :D

She is a small dane, my vet says she is a combo of 2 kinds of dane, he thinks a fawn and I forget which other. I love her ears.

what a sweet picture...I love animals..We have 2 labs inside and several neighborhood cats that we feed outside...We also have a neighbor that had a severe car wreck 3 weeks ago,and we go feed and play with his cat everyday...Our friend has some brain injuries and he may never come back home..His cat is 15 years old so we all try to keep him busy while his owner is in the hospital...poor kitty..I know he is wondering where his daddy is...

They are both so good looking!!
And Gus looks like he is feeling much better!!!
Have you moved back into your sewing room yet, or are you still in the kitchen???
How much longer before Gus can go upstairs???
So glad to see him looking so much better!!!

Thank you for sharing the pictures. Your babies are so beautiful. I am so glad Gus is doing so well. I have a very long and lanky female lab, will be one next week, who always has a baby (stuffed of course) in her mouth. We laugh saying she will make a good mommy but I have had her fixed so she will never be able to.
