DH was finally able to get our garden tilled and ready to plant tomatoes, peppers.......
Looks like these fellas had other ideas for that freshly tilled earth!!
They hang around all day....EVERYDAY! (YES, they are wild turkeys)

second pic was taken the day before.
He's making himself comfy in our front yard

Glad you are in your garden! Mine is up and going,even though it was late. Your turkeys would make my grandsons excited,they think turkey season is time to hunt!

We have some wild turkeys hanging around across the street from our house. I love their "Hail Mary" when they jump down from the trees in the morning, it cracks me up.

Got chickens last year. When I got my garden tilled, the chickens wouldn't stay out. Had to fence it and all the flower gardens too. Hope the turkeys know when it is time to leave when your plants begin to grow.

Watch out for those turkeys!!! Had to fence out our chickens from the garden and flower beds...and then they ate off every green leaf from our new blue berry plants in the orchard repeatly...well, there is next year to plant and try again.
