Getting discouraged

Just an update that patches has not progressed at all in the bag dept. I thought for sure that I had messed up her date and she was due in may. Now Im not so sure. Her body is huge! Much bigger then last year. But the stallion shes bred to this year is bigger then Dales daddy.
Star is not bagging up either :( So I am starting to think neither is due until June which is going to be really bad to have so many mares due in June.
Im hoping I am wrong and Patches will start to progress but i am rapidly losing hope

And don't forget we were going to try the What date and sex contest ! Or something like that. Terri , help ! LOL what was it we are going to do ??? Keep me posted on the mare stare and guess the date contest .. Please and Thanks
And just enjoy the rest for the moment, cuz you know when it gets close there is no rest :? Plus if its closer to June it "might" be warmer :roll:

Maybe Star is just waiting for the STAR'S FEATURE ATTRACTION...you know, like in the movies? lol
And Patches? Well,,,we KNOW how Patches is! lol
Maybe put Dale out with them and have him chase them around to get something moving along. :) :)
As to the contest for Kay's next foal, we will wait until she actually puts a mare IN the stall and is close. Then we can have everyone submit their date/time.
We can do 4 fat quarters from each person to the winner.
Just hang in there.

I think I am so anxious to see this foal by feature that I am driving myself nuts. Rusty still thinks Patches is due in May. He says no way is she going until June LOL.
Gosh if they are all do in June I will be a basket case plus we have a big show to attend in June ughhhhhh.
