Default Snip It Tool

Does any one else use the Microsoft snip it tool? I love it for copying ideas that I later want to use for inspiration or design. Just wondering if any one else uses this?

I use it for writing user documents, and I've also found it useful to send images to help desks when vendor software goes amiss.

I learned how to use the Snipping tool at my previous job. I now use it all the time to capture snapshots of videos my son sends of our grandkids. I copy the little snippits and paste them into a word document. I can then create my own pics and collages. I also copy snippits of other videos shown along with tutorial sections that I need to remember. I add those to word document files where I have saved downloaded free patterns and pics of ideas for reference. It allows you to save whatever you are copying as a picture. It can then be imported into EQ7 where you can use it to design blocks and quilts. You can set it up as an icon on your Taskbar so it is always handy.
This is a free Microsoft download. It came with my Windows 7 on my computer. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=22507
Here is a tutorial on what it can do: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...e-screen-shots

It is free from Microsoft - maybe under accessories?

I never thought about taking it in to EQ7 - genius! Also, setting it up on the taskbar is soooo great. Thanks for sharing so much info.
