No program to by. Just hit 'choose file' button under the box that you type in when you are posting. This opens a box where you choose where you have your pictures saved on your computer. Pick the picture you want to post and click 'save' this will then add it to your post. Just make sure you DO NOT preview your message. That goes on the board. I do not believe there is any way to post pictures through private message.
