Congratulations! I am hoping something opens up for me in October!! I have been laid off for a year so far and Michigan is not in the employment business right now!! You are lucky!!

Congratulations, and I'm so happy that you like the job and the people there!

I grew up in Michigan (Detroit area) and left after college in the mid-'80s. Even then I didn't expect to find work there. It really hurts me to hear how bad things have been there.

I am so glad you got that job!

If you were in the BTR park, do you mean the one at Parkview and 131? I live about 5 miles from there and drive by all the time. 35 mi. west puts you in Lawrence/ Hartford area if my recollection is right. I am a nurse, and worked in a Lawrence office for about 5 yrs. What school district? VBISD? Penny
