Congrats on your good work . I hope the article about what you are doing will make Goodwill stores more aware of the value of the fabrics that are donated. In our area the word was that the stores didn't even put it out for sale, they just bundled it up as scrap and destroyed or sent it for recycling.

Great - this gives me a wonderful way to use fabric that bleeds and can't be used for quilts. I was given about 80 fabrics a couple of years ago. In prewashing them, a bunch bled - and I put them aside to treat with Synthrapol, but I think I'll make these dresses instead.
