Grocery Bags
Just as a thought, instead of buying the reusable grocery bags at the stores that have them, or making your own which takes up valuable quilting time, why not go to the thrift stores and buy them there. I have seen some at the Goodwill store for 50 cents each. This also gives you a chance to look for quilting fabrics.

I like the idea of "souvenir" bags but I also get them free from stores sometimes (advertised as buy something and get a free bag or just be there as the first 100 or whatever). There is one store here, you had to buy the bag and it had their name on it, but that was OK because you got a "discount" when you used their reuseable bags. When they quit giving the discount, I painted over their name. So there!

I miss HEB so much. We lived in Waco for several years and I loved shopping there. Wish they had had the Texas themed bags then. Next time we go to Texas, I'm going to check out some of their stores and maybe find some bags to bring home.
