    For those who might be interested in the growth of our planet,
    as currently going on today...on the island I grew up on.

    Once at the site, click on the picture that indicates it's a movie to watch it. At the completion, click on your "back" button to return to see more.
    It is humbling to realize that we live on a relatively thin layer of rock and that the core is molting.

    It is dangerous, but not scary if you remember to respect it.
    Being Hawaii, there are countless legends associated with the volcano and the ocean and as with any other area on earth.

    It is humbling.

    It is beautiful. If, as you say, one respects it. I find the earth fascinating.
