Here a funny for you. Yesterday I had to be at appointments most of the day, so our room mate offered to make dinner. Of course I said thank you, yes. When DH and I got home, this was what she served us....St. Patrick's Day Macaroni and Cheese! Our little "roomies") ages 4 and 7) loved it!
She even served it on paper plates to reduce the dirty dishes....

how cute is that.
Most people think that St. Patrick ran the snakes out of Ireland. There were no snakes, but at the time, a lot of Pagans. His driving out was really converting them to Christianity. The Pagans were now as snakes back then. A little bit of trivia for everyone.
