I want to tell each of you to have a happy, relaxing ,calorie laden day. Be sure to count all of your blessings and when you do, be sure to add in this wonderful group. I was feeling a little lonely on July 1st of last year and searched for a chat room. That is when I found the quilting board. I feel like you are my extended family and I give you a verbal hug right now.

On another note. This is my FAVORITE picture of my parents. As it happens it was taken on Thanksgiving. Want to show me some visual memories of yours?

I wish I had the picture I would post loaded on my computer. Two years ago my dad passed away 5 days after Thanksgiving. He was 94 years old, and had told us all how very much he enjoyed Thanksgiving with all the family together. We took a picture of mom, dad, and us 3 kids all together, plus other pics of dad with the grandkids and greatgrandkids. It's a fond memory.

Happy Thanksgiving to our little quilting family.....I am so happy to be a part of this warm, caring group.
