Default Help--Made Label Now Printer won't Work right

Yesterday, I made a quilt label just like I have done before. This time, the freezer paper and material wanted to misfeed so I ended up typing it and scanning it to the fabric. Figured that maybe rollers wouldn't be as tight and that worked. However, after that, the printer just barely prints if it does anything. Got it to work pretty right once and after that, nada. Would need a magnifiying glass to even see the print as it is so faint. Wondered if anyone has had this happen or what would you suggest? I have re-aligned the printer head, cleaned the printer head and still won't work right. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It isn't a real expensive printer, but I just re-filled it with new cartridges. Eek!! Thanks.

Is your cartridge seated properly? Sometimes mine goes berserk and won't accept the print cartridge like it should...
