I watched a tutorial a few days back, using a 90 degree strip ruler....was a great pattern, so I ordered the ruler and now I cannot find the tute....can any of you help me? If not, may have the ruler for sale (joke)

it is a 90 degree, double strip ruler...i think the tute was by Rose Ludlow, but not sure...

i don't think it was a table runner, but a regular bed quilt, at this point anything I can use the ruler for will help....it cost so much according to my budget...
