Someone on here posted a recipe for an epsom salt cream for psoriasis and exzema using epsom salt and coconut oil. I need the amts!!! Any help would be appreciated. I tried 1-1 mix but not sure it worked!

Painiacs, sorry but for my psoriasis nothing without a Rx has helped me. I have spent $$$ for shampoos, topical ointments and tried oils from my kitchen. I also purchased olive oil soaps to no avail.............I have to have labs drawn every 2 weeks when I am on the Rx...........and usually in the summer it improves. However, I see Dr. Skin not his real name on Monday I am in flair..........bad on my face..............calla/Sue
