I hate to be a wet blanket, but I don't believe this clip. I think it was a form of CGI, added into the video, just like in the movies. If this was really 3D, wouldn't they have shown a clip of this from a second viewpoint?

CGI ---- does that mean computer generated imagery? ( whatever that means!). I truly wish someone would explain or show how this was/is done, if it truly were done in that gym!! Is there some YouTube tute on this sort of thing?

but, wait, it's on the internet, so it must be true---as said in that priceless commercial!
