Default Hospital waiting room

A couple of weeks ago I knew I'd be waiting in a hospital waiting room for a while. I took some stick weaving to keep my hands busy and my mind at rest. A lady in the room asked about it. Then she pulled out a quilt and started hand stitching binding. Nice quiet way to pass some time.

it will be a water bottle holder for hiding plastic at re-enactments..
It also makes great scarves.

It's nice to find a comrade in the limbo of waiting. I take my father in law to his appointments, so I take my GFG pieces and it has started many discussions on quilting.

Please give information on equipment and materials used in this craft. I have never seen it before. Looks like a good thing to do while watching TV or at least being in the room while husband watches TV

We've had to spend far too many hours in doctors' offices and waiting rooms over the years. I thank my 4-H knitting teacher for teaching me that wonderful skill as I've finished great projects and it keeps my mind off things I can't control.
