Ironing boards ?
#6
I have an ironing board for my cutting table, and a TV tray turned into an ironing board by my sewing machine for when I need to do lots of stop, start pressing like paper piecing. Keep your old ironing board! I have mine folded and proped in the corner. I still use it for cloths, really long pieces of fabric, and I use it for an extencion for my sewing table when I work with a large quilt, drapes for large windws, by my sewing table to drape long strips of fraric in order for strip quilting ect. You will probly find many uses for it.

My regular ironing board is upstairs in my closet. It's for clothes.
Downstairs in the sewing room I have an old dresser with a big board on top. It's storage and an ironing surface in one. The dresser was too short so Son 1 built a riser for the top for me.
