All I want to know is how many messages a private messages box holds so I don't let mine get full and not have room for somebody to send to me another.

Admin and the moderators names are highlighted at the bottom of the quilting forum page, if you click on any of their names you will be led to where you can send them a PM...PatriceJ, ShadowDancer or Admin

Thanks, Amma. I did what you said and looked, but no name was highlighted. "Admin" was highlighted though so I sent them my message. I'll see if that works.

I'm so new to this forum/message board world, I don't even know what all the abbreviations mean, although I think I'm figuring them out on my own. For example, I sure hope that DH means darling or dear husband, not darn! (don't know if allowed to say the other version)

I got a response already! There is no limit in our message boxes!

I'm sure glad to hear that since I've been relunctant to delete mine. I'm just too new and this is very special to me.

Whenever i'm online, my name should show up in green at the bottom of the "Quilting Forum" page, along with the others who are logged in.

i'm usually logged in 24/7, even though i'm not always at my computer. unless i'm on vacation without access to a computer (in which case i log out anyway) i try to answer all pms within 24 hours.
