When I took my sewing machine to the repair shop today, the repairman showed my DH and I some of the older machines in the shop. He was not happy about the Featherweight that was waiting to be repaired. It was quite messed up and looked like someone had to be tearing it apart on purpose. He said, " No she just doesn't take care of it and is rough with it. I have read that many quilters here are very happy to find one to purchase. I hope you find one that is better loved than this one has been. Sad to see.
