Default How's things at your house?

The horses are out trying to eat their hay before it blows away or gets covered by snow. DH and his helpers, Maggie the white golden retriever and Miles the black lab plowed the driveway.

Meanwhile, inside where it is warm, Maxine is watching over some of the thread catchers I made to give my girlfriends at our annual cookie exchange tomorrow. Just in case my friends don't have snips of threads to fill their thread catchers right away I put some Ghirardelli chocolates in them!

Your puppies are looking like they love the ride. Love your thread catchers and why not put some Ghiradelli chocolates. Much more tasty than thread.

Absolutely love it! You're keeping busy and cozy inside and Hubby with man's best friends (literally) are doing the outside necessities. Winter can be long and miserable but it also can be peaceful and reflective.

We certainly don't have what you have since we're on the Gulf. But for us it's chilly. Warmer than the weekend was. Suppose to get to 50 today then drop to 40s I believe again.

Cute catchers and so far, just a dusting of snow here. Watching the news and hoping all those in the winter storms path stay safe.

Love both pix. Looks a lot like it does here in New Hampshire. White and more white! Snowmobile and ice fishing season is just around the corner. Yay! Like winter, but Tessagin...would rather it be 50 around here, too.

Must be nice having a guard cat on duty. I'm afraid mine would have been unable to resist tampering with the gifts.

Your Husbands helpers are enjoying their work. Your Kitty is taking her job serious too. Cute pics and cute catchers.

Our group made 100 of these to give as Christmas gifts at the guild Christmas party -- they went over well! Yours are very nice and will be welcome Christmas gifts.
