Sending prayers and thoughts to all those affected by Ida. From what I heard this AM on the weather channel, it isn't as bad as they expected, but there will be lots of rain and possible floods. I hope everyone is OK.

We are getting the rain from Ida here----lots and lots and lots of rain. It has been pouring continuously since about midnight last night and shows no signs of letting up any time soon.

I am off to the grocery store now----I HATE to run errands in the rain!!

Hope all stays the same and it's just a bad storm, not a hurricane.

As I sit here reading all of your post's, I hear the wind starting to bellow outside, we have a Nor Easter here in Williamsburg area, but VA Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth have been hit the hardest, flodding, wind, trees down, electric off for many. I hope our electric stays on, and pray for all the people who have been hit hard from this storm, I don't know how long the power will stay on, it is jumping off and on now.
