    I know nothing about spinning wheels, but looks like it's worth more than $75 plus $35 shipping, even on eBay. Have you researched to see what other ones like it go for? If I were you, I'd do as someone else said & set it up in a corner. Definitely a show piece. Hopefully you'll find more info on it & you might see what they go for at Antique Auctions. Enjoy your great find.

    I had one very similar to that, also from Germany that an Aunt of mine brought back.. I was clearing out some stuff last year and my sister INSISTED on paying me for it.. she did some research and gave me a couple of hundred dollars for it. there was a piece missing and my dad had made a replacement for it.
