I am so excited I can hardly stand myself. They picked my application out of a several to interview. I was the first one they interviewed and they offered me the job. They liked me right away and thought I would be a good fit.

It is housekeeping at an upscale retirement village. The staff and residents are so nice. (It's a prerequisite that you smile easily.) One of the perks is that they feed you lunch everyday. Nice lunches. Here I was worried I was going to be living on PB&J sandwiches for lunch. "WOOHOO!!!

I start tomorrow. WOW!

It came at such a great time for us. My DH has been laid off since March of 2009. He is a Journeyman Plumber and the building industry here has taken such a dump.
