I may get frustrated with the clueless employees or weird people experience but I would never stop shopping at Walmart. I save too much money. Like today, I went shopping for the new Iphone 4. The lowest price I found one with upgrade was well over $200 for the 16g. I stopped at Walmart to buy batteries and noticed the Iphone4 16g for $169. And I got a $50 Walmart gift card with purchase. The clerk activated the phone, did all the paperwork all without trying to entice me with more features or a better phone plan or scare me with 'protection insurance' and anything else to sell me. I save over $81. I bought what groceries I needed with the gift card and ordered some new Go dies with the money I would have spent on the groceries. Thank you Walmart!

Clueless employees indeed. A few years ago i purchased several things, and put that "bar" thingy between my stuff and the customer ahead of me. When the checker got to me, she picked up the bar, looked it over and said "do you know what the price was on this?" I said, "no, I don't remember, so lets just skip it!" So she put it under the counter! I did have a hard time keeping a stright face!

I purchased a new phone at Walmart not long ago and the young girl set it up, transferred my info from my old phone, etc. I was really pleased. When I got home I decided to call the manager to compliment this employee. When I explained to the manager why I was calling she asked if I had the right store--all they usually get is complaints. It's nice to see someone else had a positive experience with Walmart.

I like our smaller WM, it is not a super center and never packed! The other one I used to go to, well, lets just say I will NEVER EVER shop at the super center unless I really had too!

You got a good deal!

I love walmart. I wish they still had their fabric/notion dept. They had great deals on seasonal and novelty fabric. I hope they bring it back.
