A few months ago Carol J. wrote me a PM and that led to a few more and then we decided to write through our personal email. We just hit it off so nice that I am assuming we will be friends forever. We both live in Wisconsin and not too far away from each other and I happened to mention that I would be going to the Quilt Expo in Madison . So we decided to meet up there.
It turned out so great it was like we knew each other for a long time. It was a very happy day for us both.

When I saw the word Pickle on a comment, I knew I had to find out why this person used that word. Pickle was my nick name growing up, rhymes so well with Nickel, my last name as a child. We met face to face yesterday, had no trouble picking her out in the crowd. Made my day. We spent the day together and like so many things the same. I am sure we will be friends for life now and will drive to see one another, since we don't live that far apart.
We both felt as though we have known each other forever. We are truly sisters tied together by threads.

Great story! So happy for both of you...seems as though you each have found a friend for life, and what a fantastic way to meet...at a quilt show!!!
