It worked very well! and now I am off to Innovations to take Long Arm classes!

Hi Blue, did you know that you are supposed to take the Ambien and go straight to bed? Doesn't work as well and possibly not at all if you stay up? And many have done things they don't remember. Such as "sleep eating" Just thought I'd tell you in case your Dr or Pharm. didn't. I'm an RN by the way.

I have tried that, slept GREAT for 4 hours, up the rest of the night. There is a reason they brought out the Ambien CR (controlled release).

Give me a Valium anyday...
