I'm thinking the same thing, but the Navy says no. Well, no for hubby to go back immediately. I'm won't leave him here alone. Where he goes, I go. None of this...I stay put and you go to a different duty station.

I don't blame you for that Terri! Now, leaving Bill would be maddness!!

Just go ahead and send Courtney...we'll keep her. She can always get a job around here somewhere. :D If I was her...I'd think the Grandpa buying me a car deal would sound pretty good!...

Walmart has good benefits, works around a school schedule, AND it's in America..........isn't that draw enough for her? Besides if it''s that small she can't get in to much trouble with a car learning to drive, can she?

See, Terri, it's time for y'all to come home. Bill can talk to the man, can't he??????

Hugs for the frustration, I know it bad there!

Terri-All I can offer you is a sympathetic ear and a shared frustration. Sounds so familiar with what we went through with our youngest daughter in Germany and then PA. Good luck!!

Thanks all for letting me vent. It's just a pain in the butt living here.
Hubby has decided tho, that we should at least TRY to get her a license before we leave. I called DMV and talked to 3 different people and they said that once she has the DEFINITE PERMANENT license, then yes, that could be transferred over to a stateside license. It's just the interim license that cannot be transferred.
I had to make 3 different phone calls and I was lucky to get 3 different people.
So.....hopefully, we CAN get her a license before we leave, but we are also going to look into the moped too.
