    I've been a writer since I was a little kid. Filling notebooks with hastily scrawled fantasy stories about dragons, elves and all that other fun stuff. As I grew up, my writing continued until here I am today.

    It's 2 AM and I just received an email accepting one of my short stories to be published in an Australian magazine called "This Mutant Life."

    Honestly, half of me is dying to just scream and dance like a madwoman, and the other half of me is too stunned to believe it. :D The magazine is set to come out in January, and I'm hoping and praying nothing changes before then!!!

    So I just had to share my good news. I can't explain how much this means to me!!!

    That is so exciting! I'm very happy for you.

    All I've ever had published were research papers. I really would like to be a "published author", also. That is a real accomplishment.
