I finally got a laptop. I was always fighting with my kids and DH to get on the desk top, drove me crazy. They would tell me all you want to do is get on your quilting thing. I don't expect them to think it is important to them but it is to me. Now I have my own pc and they cant use it cause it is mine.

My husband and I tried to use one computer after he was done work and that lasted less than a week. There are just some things that we can't share

BEWARE....a laptop can by your downfall....I have one and I spend hours in my comfy chair reading this board....(LOL).

You wait they will still bug you for it or worse yet like when your on the phone and chatting how they come and have to speak to you RIGHT THEN? Thats what its like when your doing something on your computer too. I will hook up MY computer before I will hook up a tv in my home in a NY Second. Congratulations!

Congrats!
I have a mini laptop that I just adore!
I can put it in my sewing room and follow directions on it so I don't have to print anything out. Plus, when I get lazy and want to sit comfy style, I can go on the couch with it and read the board. :)

There Dad already told them not to ask to use it. I know my DH will be the one to bug me for it. LOL
