Need an old Bucilla Kniting Pattern
I have lost my Bucilla knitted stocking pattern and need one before Christmas. I know that many of you are multi crafters and thot maybe you could help. It was originally a Bucilla kit but I have made them for 2 kids and 3 grandkids and now need "just one more" for a new grandson. It was done in green 4 ply yarn and trimmed at the top with white and red that is made to look like bricks of the chimney. It had a draw string pulled thru the top to close or tie in a bow. I made the first one and bought the original pattern in the lat 60's or early 70's. I have searched everywhere and cannot locate it. I know I will probably find it after Christmas but that won't do much good. Can anyone help?

I couldn't find anything by Googling. You might want to try contacting some of the people in this old knitter's forum thread:

If you read the whole thread, there is an explanation of how to contact people buried in there. Just be aware that the most recent post in this thread is two years old, so people may not have the same email addresses.
