Isn't it fun to meet other quilters. I met one from this site just this week. We live close together and I met her at a guild meeting. I was the visitor. BTW - I love the quilt in your avatar.

Thank you Cindy! I started with a center and just kept going...it was a gift for my DD for her birthday.

Thanks ladies! I completely forgot to take my camera! We had a blast though and spent waaay too much money. Next time we'll have to take pictures!

Almost six years ago, I escaped an abusive marriage, moved away from where I had lived all my life and married my High School sweetheart !!New Life...needed New Friends... I've met so many good friends through quilting! In fact tomorrow I am going with a quilter I met on Facebook, to another Facebook Quilter Friends house 6.5 hrs away, to attend The Gees Bend Exhibit in London ONT! I have friends from all over the world that I met through quilting. Even been to Australia to meet up with quilter friends and hope to go to New Zealand in the next couple of years!!
