I think it's funny that the courthouse has acknowledged that it's a cat, but won't excuse it from jury duty.

She should bring the kitty to jury call & alert the media on her way there.

i agree that'd be funny! i know it'd make the news. it'd also be hilarious if the cat actually got picked. would love to see their faces when she brings the cat in to the courtroom!

Whatever has happened to common sense? Behold our tax $$ hard at work!
It also makes me wonder how Mass pulls jury duty?? In NY the jury pool is pulled from DMV, Tax rolls and recipeients of public assistance or unemployment. What the heck does Mass use to get a cat on the list??

They need to take the cat that day, after they call the media to alert them

I believe it is supposed to be from voter registration, which leaves me still shaking my head.

How bout the baby on the airline watch list- since he was 2 months old. he's now 8 yrs old and still frisked!!!! odd but true.

Yes, they showed that on our news too. I wonder if they supply a litter box. lol

On the upside, he could get into a lot of trouble before he uses up his nine lives.
