Last Monday I was painting some ceramic tiles at my friend's shop. She always has her dogs there, Presley, who is about 4 years old & now Elvis (Presley's half-bro) who is only a few months old. Monday there was also Mellow, Elvis's full brother. The 2 little ones had been playing & playing & getting into trouble and then, suddenly.....silence! :D

I love when they do that! Cute picture.

What kind of painting were you doing? Are the tiles going to be fired? I used to have a ceramic shop in the St. Louis area. Haven't done any firing for a bit! :?

Yes, they will be fired. I guess I should say they will be trivets. One is a Christmas design, with holly & this crazy bird in a Santa hat that I draw, and the other 2 each have a tabby cat on them - one orange & white, the other 2 colors of gray. I hope to have them ready for first firing tomorrow. I haven't painted many things, but MaryAnn is so much fun, I just enjoy hanging out with her! lol

Oh, here's a link to pics of some other plates I did: http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/3390.page

I LOVE wiener dogs! That picture is soo cute. Years and years ago we had a dachsund (gone now, but not forgotten). Now that I am retired and have the time, I would love to have another. DH does like them as well, but so far he is resisting my entreaties :(
