Had my second interview with hospice company. Very goo interview. Very confident I got the job. Just waiting for offer!!!!

I work in HR and that's very good news! Always remember to write a nice thank you - card is nice, at least do an email. It's the little things that make the HR team go 'awww...'

Should the note be handwritten or typed? Always wondered. I've had the same job for 18 years so I'm out of the loop on all the new resume stuff and such.
