At her very first job. She is my oldest child and only daughter. She is working at a local church in the nursery on Sunday's. I'm proud of her for doing this. She has a lot of physical ailments and Dr. appointments prevent her from having a full time job right now. She loves taking care of babies so this is perfect for her and yet I'm sad because she is growing up.

I have a son who has some learning disabilities that prevent him from working a lot of place and a local church has hired him to help sweep, dust benches, small duties at the church, but it makes him feel so needed. He just love it. Good luck to your daughter. Many Blessings :)

And your daughter will be a blessing to those who leave their little ones in her care.

It is hard, but wonderful for them to be independent. The earlier you start the better it is for them, and you.

I am so glad she found a job that works both with her schedule and something she enjoys. I understand you missing her.

Good for her and for you! She needs to feel as normal as possible. Don't want her to feel anymore limitated than possible! This is her first step!! ( I speak from experience!). I'm sure the kids will love her!!

What a blessing for all involved - your daughter, you and certainly the church. I know it is hard seeing them grow up so fast, but all their lives we prepare them to leave the nest and to be a credit to the world - whether it be known to all or just a few. Looks like you are doing a wonderful job of it.
