Yes we just finished this little project this spring. It is a long and difficult process but the results are wonderful. Drywall dust though goes everywhere. I would get a large supply of plastic bags for all of your stuff. Even behind plastic walls it will get dusty.

Oh I feel for you with all the mess! But it is always worth it in the end. I'm still sewing in the kitchen so I envy your new space!

all this talk of dust, has me scratching my nose
Well, Maride has a good point...don't hinder a man that wants to give you a bigger sewing room!
I have a lot of stuff in my cave, but I have to be able to see all around me...you probably feel like one of those cubicle workers!
Can't wait to see the 'after'. :D

That's sweet of him and interesting for you. I'm sure it will be wonderful when he is done.

We'll just call you 'bubble girl' or 'girl in the bubble'. I think both of those titles were movies hahahhaha.

That's really sweet of your Husband to want to give you a bigger better sewing space. I'm sorry that will make sewing right now, not so fun, but He is thinking of you and wanting to do something for you!!!
Tell him that it would be really really special if he did all the mud work and painted the walls the color you want for you!!!

Awwww, that's so sweet of him to think you need a bigger sewing room (which, of course, you do!). Good luck with the renovations :D :D

Well, doesn't everybody need a bigger sewing room???? How lucky you are...just think, all the bubbles will disappear and that beautiful new room will emerge and you'll soon forget about all the inconvenience...at least thats what they tell me...

It would be nice if it could go from "thinking about" to "done" and skip all the mess in the middle.

Will he help you stow everything so it doesn't get dusty?
