I am helping a friend clear out a home for an elderly mom in assisted living. There is a singer knitting machine (didnt get moddl no) it is complete and has all the bells and whistles. This lady bought the best of evertrhing. Also has lots of yarn and magazines does anyone know where we could sell this and if so for how much?

I'm not sure how much they would go for to be honest with you. A lot of people like the older knitting machines but getting replacement parts is an issue.

I would check ebay and see if that model has sold recently and for how much. ... and then post it for that much on Craigslist before selling it online. It is much easier and cheaper in transaction fees if you can sell it in person.
