I thought it was under control panel but can't find. I have done it before but can't remember how

Hold down your Control key and hit the " + " key as many times as you need to be able to read the print. : )

allright,
curiousity kills the cat...

I tried it (and it works, thanks!), but now how do I get my screen back to normal?

I tried "refresh" that didn't work

Sorry, I should have included the reverse directions also.
Just hold down the Control key and hit the "-" (minus key also known as hyphen key) key as many times as necessary. : )

Hmmmmmmmmm.
Be sure you're holding down the Control key and the Hyphen key--not the ___ .
