To copy something you want to keep, go to
Edit - copy
Open a word document
Edit - paste
File - save as
Save in a folder so you remember where it is. I have a folder called "keepers" for items like this.

Thanks for the reminders, I have a very dear friend who only has a short time left, she has pancreatic and liver cancer and I need to remember these positive words.
