    Hi,

Please don't hide from us on your profile as you might have a quilter that lives close by so you can have sew days, quilt, out for lunch, shop etc. Lots of fun to have friends to go with you to the fabric stores, quilt shops, shop hops and quilt shows! Also you can find someone to join a quilting guild and have fun!

I have met other ladies on this site and we live close by. So please complete it so others can find you! I now have great friends that lives close by!

That is such a lame excuse. Anyone can go to your intoduction post and see where you are from. No one is asking for street addresses, or even cities, but filling it out enables people to search by state, very helpful in connecting in real life. The benefits outweigh the risks.

I dont like the hiding thing either and would love to meet others from the QB but I figure if others want to stay in hiding then that is there right to do so.

    Ditto.
Different people have different reasons for doing different things.
I wouldn't want to put stress or pressure on anyone about a choice they make.

Privacy on the internet used to be important for everyone. Nowadays, it's pretty much just for those with stalkers. Keep that in mind.
