I have a chance to buy a husqavarna long arm quilting machine for $2500.00 and wondering if anyone owns one and likes it and is this a good buy. It also includes the frame also.

Exactly which quilting machine--Husky/Viking has at least 2 and there is a big difference between the them and which frame? There is no way to tell if it's a good deal without having that information.

If it's the Mega Quilter (the smaller of the 2), I believe full retail price new, from a dealer, with warranty is about $1,000--maybe less because it's been out for a while. The frame it used to sell with (New Joy) was also about $1,000 but they have sold with several different frames over the years so I'm just guessing here. Cruise Control was about $500 back then if it even has a cruise control. More details needed or we're just shooting in the dark.
