I've been using the Cover Girl also for about the last 6 years and it does stay on all day. I usually pay about $7.49 at Walmart for mine. (it's called "Outlast")

cover girl "Color Stay" stays on all day, wear with or without the clear top coat, they also make a color stay concealer that lasts all day
