Finally back!
I used to avidly post on the board quite a lot back before it transferred to the new format. For some reason, I got busy and just kind of lost touch. After you start doing something new, like taking a break from the forum, stop exercising....anything like that.....it quickly becomes a habit to no longer do it!
So, I have been lurking on the board again and am ready to jump in with both feet----I need some sanity in my life right now!
One of the major things that has happened with me since I have been gone from the board is that my oldest son made it home from his 2nd tour in Afghanistan! He made it home last week, so very happy! I get to see him in about 6 weeks, at his wedding in Las Vegas!
I got the wedding quilt back from Charisma and it is awesome! I have taken pictures....had to wait for a gloomy day! Will post pictures in a few days. I won a drawing that Charisma had for a free quilting from Darby!!! YAY!!! I had her quilt a starry 9 patch that I had made years ago. It turned out fabulous! I haven't done the binding on it yet, but will soon and will post pictures when I get it done.
I have enjoyed readin the posts from everyone and as always, still enjoy all the pictures. I do hope I quickly get back into the habit of posting again!

Life happens we all understand that - Las Vegas huh??? Boy am I jealous ... How long will you be there ? Tell your son we said THANK YOU for his service and CONGRATS on the wedding
