To Avoid the Flu:
Eat right lots of fruits and veggies, take lots of vitamin C,
Get plenty of exersize, walk for an hour a day, take the stairs not the lift, etc. Wash your hands often, get lots of fresh air, Eliminate stress from your life, get Plenty of rest. OR
Take the Dr. approach: When your go for a flu shot they clean the spot with alcohol - why? because it kills germs SO.......
Walk to the bar, put lime in the vodka or celery in a Bloody Mary, drink it outside on the patio, tell lots of jokes then pass out! As the saying goes- " A shot in the glass is better than one in the ass" Stay healthy everyone :lol:
