I hope you had insurance on your phone! After DD got thrown in the pool two different times with MY phone in her pocket (back before she had her own phone) I made sure to always have the insurance.

My daughter was so nervous on the first day of school (in 7th grade) she dropped her brand new cell phone in the toilet in the girls room! I guess it's genetic!

The first time I did this, DD got a Blackberry & I got her old phone. Now, I have another old phone around here somewhere...

go get yourself a waterproof phone. I think all the carriers have them now. I know my little brother has one through AT&T.
