Looking for a pattern

I've seen this and would love to find a pattern. It's made out of polar fleece and wraps around your shoulders like a long shawl. In the front part that hangs down are pockets. It has no buttons or ties and I think one vertical seam in the back. Has anyone seen/have a pattern?
