Default Losing the War!

I cannot seem to make any progress on winning the war against dust! I live in the San Francisco general area so am close enough to the bay to prevent excessive dryness. Nevertheless, I just finished (well almost!) dusting and I know for a fact I will see dust again
by tomorrow morning. I use a microfibre cloth and furniture push, but nothing helps.

I am beginning to totally hate dusting! Does anyone have suggestions other than just closing my eyes? Thanks!

Well, QUIT LOOKING FOR DUST! Golly, look for something else prettier than DUST! Be sure and don't touch anything wood or it will show.

I cannot see cobwebs for sure. I sympathize with the dust. My best advise is to eliminate clutter and create "dust catchers" that you can launder (table runners, end table mats, etc). This way one or two swipes and you are done, no moving stuff around. How about we get together and invent some sort of automatic system that eliminates dust and collects animal hair! Oh, now that I think of it, one of those ionizer machines supposedly helps keep the dust down?

Funny thing is that the sewing room has the least dust--probably all embedded in the fabric--LOL

if I'm not mistaken, about 80% of all the dust that comes into your house is star dust. It is falling from the sky all the time. I kinda like having star dust around!

peace

I didn't know you were suposed to remove dust, I thought it was a spare scratch pad for when you couldn't find a piece of paper.
